If on rocks or on trees, over fixed rope routes or in a hall: the variants and kinds of climbing are various. Especially in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. Apart from various mountains there are many possibilities to have a look at the region from dizzy heights.
Climbing wall "BRIDGECLIMB" in Regen
This is climbing on a bridge, optionally with rope
and harness or without rope and harness close to ground level at the so called bouldering. This is possible at the climbing wall at the BLSV Jugenddorf Regen/Raitmühle, that was built on the inside of one of the bows of the "Steinerne Brücke". It is not easy to climb it. Who wants to try his luck can make an appointment for a climbing course.
Tip for experiences climbers
Those who want more than climbing on a wall, can try the "Rauchröhren". The challenging climbing area is located not far from the summit of the Großen Riedelsteins. A special climbing challenge is the stone tower. He is known as an extremely difficult Bavarian Forest summit.

Golf course Oberzwieselau (18-hole)
The Golfpark Oberzwieselau golf course Oberzwieselau is located near the castle Oberzwieselau. Next to the 400 year old approaching alley is the generous club house with its terrace in the center of a harmonically in the landscape integrated 18 hole championship course.
Natural obstacles such as old broad-leafed trees, resounding rivers and quiet ponds make every lane a special adventure.
Not far from the ARBERLAND you find the Golf Club Deggendorf with a 18 hole course. Flat fairways, light inclines and moderate inclines alternate with harmonically in the landscape and nature bedded lanes.
